evsetop.com is operated by Wenzhou Onsle Electric Co., Ltd. (“Evsetop”). We manufacture and supply EV charging hardware — AC wallboxes, DC fast chargers, cables and connectors — from Yongjia, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Contact: [email protected].
Information we receive
Enquiries: name, business email, phone, company, country, product reference and message you enter in an inquiry form; email and message are required, everything else is optional. Submissions are saved as private records in our website administration system and a copy is emailed to our team.
Correspondence: messages you send to our mailbox or WhatsApp, together with the contact details needed to respond.
Website requests: our hosting and security systems may record standard request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps and error or security events.
Spam protection: the inquiry form uses a hidden honeypot field, a minimum fill-time check and a rate-limit counter derived from a one-way hash of your IP address (up to five submissions per hour; the counter expires on its own within one hour). The hash is not used to identify you.
Please do not put confidential information into the site’s public form fields or links. Send only information you are authorised to disclose.
Why we use information
We use information to answer product questions, review specifications, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, operate the website and prevent misuse. Business and technical service providers may process information needed to host the site, deliver email correspondence or support these activities.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, relevant bases may include steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and website security, and legal obligations. Evsetop is based in China. If you contact us from another country, your enquiry may be accessed and handled in China, and service providers may process it in other locations. Applicable transfer requirements must be assessed for the particular processing; this notice does not claim a particular transfer certification.
Retention and security
Enquiries are stored to handle the request and related follow-up. Business recordkeeping, disputes or applicable legal requirements may require further retention. The website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to enquiry records — you can ask us to review or delete your information, subject to applicable requirements.
Server logs and backups have separate operational retention settings, and we cannot promise immediate removal from every backup. Access restrictions and technical safeguards help protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where consent is used.
