What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM program?
Stock configurations start at 10 units. Branded OEM programs start at 50 units per model. Mixed connector and power-level trials are possible on initial orders so you can validate a market before committing to a single SKU.
Can you white-label both the hardware and the charging platform?
Yes. OEM programs cover logo, colour, packaging and firmware branding on the charger. The charging management platform can also run under your brand with your domain, UI theme and reporting layout.
What certifications do your chargers ship with?
All platforms ship with CE, CB and TUV test reports as standard. UL listing for the US market and CQC certification for China are available on request, with the certification dossier filed under your company name on OEM programs.
How long does a full OEM program take from start to finish?
A visual mock-up is ready in 7 days. Standard production runs 15-25 days depending on quantity and connector mix. A full OEM program with new tooling typically completes in 90 days from signed spec freeze to first shipment.
Is my technical information kept confidential?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any technical disclosure. Your branding assets, firmware requirements and market strategy are never shared with other clients or third parties.
