What is the lead time for standard orders?
Sample units ship in 5–7 working days; standard production runs 15–25 days depending on quantity and connector mix.
Which certifications do the products carry?
CE / TÜV / CB cover most of EMEA; UL and Energy Star for North America; CQC for China. Tell us the destination country and we confirm the exact scheme and report validity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock configurations start at 10 units; branded OEM programs start at 50 units per model. Mixed connector mixes are possible on trial orders.
Can you handle export documentation?
We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the conformity file your customs or consultant requires.
How are units packaged for long-haul shipping?
Individual cartons with mounting-kit insoles, five-ply export cartons and palletization on request; marking can follow your label spec.
What warranty applies?
3 years standard on AC units and 2 years on DC power modules, extendable — with advance replacement within 48 h for logged failures.
